1. Operator and agreement
JobPassIn is operated by Akan Global Consulting and Trade LTD, Registration Number 0120690470, Mailbox: 1321 Upland Dr. PMB 18901, Houston, Texas, 77043, US. Contact: support@jobpassin.com. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering into the agreement.
Registration asks you to agree to the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The recorded version relates to that registration; this publication does not mean existing users accepted a new version. These Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy govern the relevant service, subject to mandatory law and any specific written service agreement presented to you.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information you are entitled to supply, keep credentials private and report suspected misuse. Do not transfer accounts, impersonate others, submit fraudulent qualifications, infringe rights, scrape the platform, bypass controls or interfere with availability. Security testing requires prior written authorisation.
You retain ownership of your original materials and permit processing needed for your requested service. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive documents or another person's information without authority. JobPassIn's software, content and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
3. Service scope and limitations
The active package description, checkout and any written service confirmation define what you buy. Additional services are not included unless listed. We remain responsible for providing the agreed service. An assessment report or delivery timetable is included only where it forms part of that agreed scope; career guidance does not guarantee an interview, employment, sponsorship, a visa, salary or placement.
An Employment Assessment is informational and depends on the information required for the agreed work. JobPassIn is not a government authority and does not decide an employer's or immigration authority's outcome. Regulated legal or immigration advice requires an appropriately authorised professional and a separate applicable engagement. A linked third party is responsible for its own independent service, without excluding responsibility the law places on JobPassIn.
4. Checkout and payment
Before final authorisation, check the server-confirmed service items, total, currency, single-payment plan and masked card summary. Use a payment method you are authorised to use. In direct card checkout, full card credentials pass transiently through JobPassIn to Iyzico; the application does not persist or log the full number or security code.
A pending or uncertain result is not confirmation of payment or permission to pay again. Check the displayed status or contact support with the order reference. Bank exchange rates and independent charges may differ from the displayed service price. Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Suspension, liability and mandatory rights
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, legal duties or a material breach, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate and lawful. Request account closure through support; closure does not erase outstanding transactions or lawfully retained records.
The service may be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent law permits, JobPassIn is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user information or independent third-party decisions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your mandatory consumer rights. These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver of refunds, statutory remedies or liability.
6. Law, disputes and updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another law or forum. Contact support@jobpassin.com to seek an informal resolution; this does not prevent a lawful complaint or claim.
Material changes are notified as required by law and do not retrospectively change completed purchases without a lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues subject to applicable law. Keep the terms, order confirmation and service description relevant to your purchase.
