Last updated: 25 August 2026
V2 publication notice

This document applies when Jobpassin V2 is made publicly available and will be reviewed against the final production features before launch.

1. Agreement and operator

Jobpassin V2 is operated by Akan Global Consulting and Trade LTD, Registration Number 0120690470, Mailbox: 1321 Upland Dr. PMB 18901, Houston, Texas, 77043, US. In these Terms, “Jobpassin”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that company. “You” means the visitor, account holder, candidate, or purchaser using the service.

By creating an account, submitting an application, purchasing a service, or otherwise using Jobpassin after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them and to the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
  • Information submitted must be accurate, current, complete, and your own or lawfully provided on another person’s behalf.
  • You are responsible for protecting credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support@jobpassin.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • An account may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used to impersonate another person.

3. What Jobpassin provides

Depending on the service selected, Jobpassin may provide a preliminary Employment Assessment, candidate-profile and resume tools, career and destination information, consultations, document guidance, employer-view information, opportunity discovery, specialist sessions, and related support.

The exact scope, price, dependencies, delivery method, and any material limitations will be shown before purchase or confirmed in writing. A separately signed retainer or third-party professional agreement may govern a later service and will control that service if it conflicts with these Terms.

4. Employment Assessment

The preliminary Employment Assessment evaluates information supplied by the user against selected criteria for a preferred destination. The user must complete the requested form and provide sufficient documents before assessment work can begin. Any stated delivery estimate begins only after the required information is complete.

The result is informational. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, a government or employer decision, a credential evaluation, or a promise that the user qualifies for a visa, role, interview, sponsorship, or placement. Requirements can change and the relevant authority or employer makes the final decision.

5. No employment-agency or government relationship

Jobpassin is not a government body and does not act on behalf of a government, employer, recruitment agency, or immigration authority. Jobpassin does not guarantee employment, interviews, sponsorship, visa approval, salary, timing, or placement. Third-party employers control their own vacancies, requirements, communications, and decisions.

6. Fees, checkout, and payment

  • The total price, currency, service, and material conditions will be displayed before the final payment confirmation.
  • Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Jobpassin does not intend to receive or store full card credentials.
  • You authorise the processor to charge the confirmed amount and must use a payment method you are authorised to use.
  • Taxes, exchange rates, and financial-institution charges may apply where disclosed or imposed by the relevant authority or institution.
  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. User documents and permissions

You retain ownership of your CV, documents, and other original materials. You grant Jobpassin a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format, analyse, and share those materials only as needed to operate the service you request, follow your instructions, secure the platform, and meet legal duties.

Do not upload information you are not authorised to provide, malware, unlawful content, or unnecessary sensitive documents. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any final profile, resume, assessment submission, or application before it is used.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse accounts, scrape or bulk-extract platform data, bypass access controls, probe systems without written authorisation, or interfere with service availability.
  • Do not submit false qualifications, fraudulent documents, discriminatory or unlawful content, unsolicited communications, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Do not resell, frame, copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Jobpassin software, content, or brand assets except where law expressly permits or we provide written permission.

9. Third-party services and opportunities

A linked employer, consultant, course, payment provider, authority, or other third party operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Jobpassin is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, content, availability, or decisions, but this does not remove any responsibility that applicable law places directly on Jobpassin.

10. Intellectual property

Jobpassin software, interface, design, text, graphics, databases, trademarks, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Jobpassin and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users or systems, comply with law, prevent harm, or address a material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Users may request account closure at support@jobpassin.com, subject to lawful retention requirements and unresolved transactions.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may not be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobpassin disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobpassin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate user information, or an independent employer’s, authority’s, or third party’s decision. Any financial cap will not apply where prohibited by law and will be assessed under the mandatory law applicable to the user.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum or under another law. Contact support@jobpassin.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

14. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. Material changes will be notified as required by law and will not retroactively alter an already completed purchase without a lawful basis. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
