CLEAR PAYMENT OUTCOMES

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests will be handled for Employment Assessments, digital products, consultations, and other paid Jobpassin services.

V2 publication notice

This document applies when Jobpassin V2 is made publicly available and will be reviewed against the final production features before launch.

1. Price and confirmation

Before payment, Jobpassin will display the service, total amount, currency, and material conditions. A purchase is complete only after the payment provider confirms it. Keep the receipt and transaction reference.

2. Employment Assessment

You may request cancellation before assessment work begins. Once you submit the required information and Jobpassin begins review or assessment work, the service has started and the fee may become non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

A refund remains available where Jobpassin does not provide the purchased assessment, charges the wrong amount, duplicates a charge, or applicable law otherwise requires a refund. An assessment result that the user dislikes does not by itself mean the service was not provided.

3. Consultations and scheduled services

A consultation may be cancelled or rescheduled under the conditions displayed at booking. If Jobpassin or the assigned provider cancels and no suitable replacement is accepted, the amount paid for that unprovided session will be refunded. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable where this was clearly disclosed before booking and permitted by law.

4. Digital content and customised work

For downloadable content, customised resumes, document preparation, or another digital service, cancellation rights may change after delivery, download, access, or the start of customised work. Where law requires express consent or acknowledgement before early performance affects a cooling-off right, Jobpassin will request it separately.

5. Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy removes a cooling-off, cancellation, conformity, chargeback, or refund right that applicable consumer law does not allow the parties to waive. If a mandatory rule conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory rule controls.

6. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorised charges

Report a duplicate, incorrect, or suspected unauthorised charge promptly. We may ask for the transaction reference, date, amount, and identity verification. Never email a full card number, security code, password, or one-time code.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@jobpassin.com with the account email, service, transaction reference, payment date, and reason for the request. We may request proportionate information needed to verify the transaction and assess eligibility.

8. Refund method and timing

An approved refund is submitted to the original payment method unless law requires another method. Jobpassin will submit it without undue delay; the payment processor and financial institution control when the credit becomes visible. Currency conversion and independent bank charges are outside Jobpassin’s control.

9. Payment disputes

Contact support first so we can investigate. Nothing in this request limits a lawful right to contact the card issuer or payment provider. Fraudulent payment activity, abusive chargebacks, or falsified evidence may result in service restriction and lawful investigation.
