1. Scope and collection
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents when the CCPA applies to JobPassIn. The following describes current collection categories. Contact support@jobpassin.com for information about your records and applicable historical disclosures.
2. Categories, sources and purposes
- Identifiers and customer records: names, email, telephone, billing address, city, country, postal code, account and transaction identifiers, supplied by you or generated through account/payment activity.
- Commercial information: selected services, order amounts and payment outcomes, from you and payment providers.
- Internet/electronic activity: IP, browser/device context, session and security signals from your requests and security providers.
- Professional or other information you supply for a requested service or support communication; collection depends on what you actually submit, not every possible career-service category.
- Sensitive information includes account credentials and, where classified as sensitive by applicable law, the identity number and card credentials collected during direct checkout. Payment details, buyer contact information and IP address are forwarded to Iyzico for payment processing and fraud prevention. Uses are account/service administration, payment, security and legal duties; we do not use sensitive information to infer personal characteristics for advertising.
3. Disclosure, sale and sharing
Relevant categories are disclosed as needed to infrastructure/security providers, Iyzico and financial institutions, assigned personnel/professionals, advisers, authorities or a business successor for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. This is not an authorisation to publish a profile or sell customer lists.
JobPassIn’s policy prohibits selling personal information, including for non-monetary valuable consideration, sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising, or knowingly selling or sharing information of people under 16. There is no advertising sale/sharing or qualifying secondary sensitive-information use offered as a current opt-out target. The application does not claim to implement a Global Privacy Control handler; that signal does not switch off necessary account functions. Any changed practice must satisfy applicable notice and opt-out obligations before it starts.
4. Rights and requests
When the CCPA applies, rights include knowing/accessing categories and specific information, deletion subject to exceptions, correction, opting out of sale/sharing, limiting qualifying sensitive-information uses and non-discrimination. Exercising a right is not grounds for unlawful retaliation.
Email support@jobpassin.com with the request and relevant account information. We use proportionate verification for requests that require it and accept authorised agents subject to the required authority and verification. Applicable know/delete/correct requests generally receive a response within 45 days, with a further 45 days only where permitted and notified. Opt-out requests, where relevant, are subject to their own rules, not that verification timetable.
5. Retention and contact
For each category, retention depends on its account/service purpose, transaction and accounting requirements, security, disputes and legal duties. Account closure is not automatic deletion of all records or backups. Contact support for the retention criteria applying to your information.
