This document applies when Jobpassin V2 is made publicly available and will be reviewed against the final production features before launch.
1. Scope and notice at collection
This notice supplements the Privacy Policy. At or before collection, Jobpassin will identify the relevant category of personal information, purpose, and whether it is sold or shared. V2 will collect only categories reasonably necessary for the feature or service the user chooses.
2. Categories of personal information
- Identifiers and customer-record information: name, contact details, account identifiers, transaction references, and billing contact information.
- Professional and education information: CV, work history, qualifications, skills, language ability, career goals, and application materials.
- Commercial information: services selected, purchase and refund history, and interactions with paid features.
- Internet or electronic activity: device, browser, IP, security, session, page, referral, and cookie-choice information.
- Approximate geolocation derived from IP and destination preferences supplied by the user.
- Audio, electronic, or communication information when a user contacts support or participates in a consultation that is lawfully recorded with appropriate notice.
- Inferences used to organise interests, readiness, or relevant service pathways.
- Sensitive personal information where required for a requested service, such as account credentials, financial transaction information handled by a processor, government-document information, or precise details in a user-submitted document. Jobpassin will limit collection and use to disclosed service, security, and legal purposes.
3. Sources and purposes
Sources include the consumer, the consumer’s device, payment and infrastructure providers, assigned service professionals, and sources the consumer directs Jobpassin to use. Purposes include account operation, assessment and support, transactions, security, fraud prevention, communications, service improvement, legal compliance, and consented marketing as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Disclosure categories
Personal information may be disclosed to service providers and contractors, payment processors, assigned consultants, user-directed employers or opportunity providers, professional advisers, authorities, and a transaction successor, only for the purposes and under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No sale or cross-context behavioural advertising
Jobpassin does not sell personal information for money and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Jobpassin will not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If these practices change, Jobpassin will provide notice and legally required opt-out methods before the change.
6. California rights
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, disclosure categories, and sale or sharing information.
- Right to delete personal information, subject to lawful exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing. Jobpassin’s current position is that it does neither.
- Right to limit qualifying uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information where the statutory right applies.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.
7. Global Privacy Control
Where required, Jobpassin will treat a valid Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal. Because Jobpassin’s stated practice is not to sell or share, the signal will not reduce ordinary service functionality.
8. Requests and verification
Submit a request to support@jobpassin.com and identify the relevant California right. We will verify the request using information reasonably related to the account or interaction. We will not ask for disproportionate sensitive information. An authorised agent may act where the required permission and verification are provided.
9. Retention
Retention is based on the purpose, sensitivity, risk, account or service lifecycle, transaction and dispute needs, and legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security duties. Personal information is deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably necessary under the applicable schedule.
